1. Click on a prominent button like "Try Now" or "Sign up Free" on the Jeda.ai website.

Using Keyboard Shortcuts:

2. For Windows: Press Ctrl + Z for undo and Ctrl + Y or Ctrl + Shift + Z for redo.
Dedicated Undo and Redo Buttons:
1. Locate the dedicated undo and redo buttons towards the top of the workspace.
2. Click the left arrow for undo and the right arrow for redo.
Select the text object and resize it as needed, then you can duplicate the same text object to keep the size consistent.
1. On the Tool menu, locate the brush tool, which is the second tool in the toolbar.
2. Annotate or draw anywhere on this infinite online whiteboard.
3. If you select the color menu from the top, you can use the brush tool in that color.
1. The auto-shape feature is typically turned on by default in the workspace.
2. To confirm or toggle it, go to the workspace settings section. Ensure that the auto-shape feature is enabled.
3. With the auto-shape feature active, select the pen tool from the tool menu.
4. Draw a shape as closely as possible. Jeda.ai will automatically detect and create the perfect shape.
5. The auto-shape feature can recognize various shapes such as rectangles, circles, ovals, and triangles.
1. Select the line from the Tool menu.
2. Use your mouse or touchpad to click and drag, creating the line on this infinite online whiteboard.
3. By dragging, you can adjust the size and direction of the line as needed.
4. Use the select tool to interact with the line after creation. Move and place it wherever you prefer on the whiteboard.
Drag and Drop:
Simply drag and drop an image/doc file onto the workspace.
Copy-Paste: Copy an image file from elsewhere and paste it onto the workspace using the universal keyboard shortcut.
Tool Menu: Use the Image/Doc option in the tool menu to import image and doc files.
1. After selecting an element, utilize the color menu to apply the desired color.
2. For newly created elements, select them and access the settings menu to change the color as needed.
1. Use Cmd+E (Mac) or Ctrl+E (Windows) or Esc to toggle between the 'Select tool' and 'Drawing tool.'
2. Press Cmd+Arrow (Mac) or Ctrl+Arrow (Windows) to duplicate an object in the direction of the arrow while selected.
3. Undo with Cmd+Z (Mac) or Ctrl+Z (Windows) and redo with Cmd+Shift+Z (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+Z (Windows).
4. Zoom in with Cmd+'+' (Mac) or Ctrl+'+' (Windows) and zoom out with Cmd+'-' (Mac) or Ctrl+'-' (Windows).
5. Double-click on an object to select it while drawing.
6. Double-click outside (on the empty area) to switch back to the Drawing tool.
7. While the 'Select tool' is selected, press 'Tab' to cycle through other objects.
8. While a 'Drawing tool' is selected, press 'Tab' to change drawing tools.
9. Use Arrow keys or Shift+Arrow keys to move objects or pan the board.
10. Hold Shift and select to choose multiple objects.
1. Go to the upper right corner to find the "Follow Me" menu.
2. Click on it, initiating a presentation where others can see the board and follow your mouse cursor anywhere on the workspace.
Participant handling:
1. Click on the participants menu in the top right or go to settings and then to the participants tab.
2. Enter the desired email address.
3. Choose either contributor or viewer.
4. Click "Add" to include the collaborator.
5. Click on the three dots next to a participant.
6. Choose options such as making them a viewer or contributor, muting their pointer, or removing them.
Guest Access:
1. In the participants menu, find the visible workspace URL.
2. Share the link, and anyone can visit and send a join request.
3. Toggle guest access on or off from the participants menu.
4. Review join requests under the "Requests" section.
There are several toggles for features in the settings screen, such as -
1. Show AI Command Bar.
2. Auto Shape.
3. Snap And Guide.
4. Allow contributors to publish.
5. Show contributors name.
Review:
1. From the dashboard, visit the "Shared with Me" section.
2. Review all the workspaces that have been shared with you.
Make A Shared Workspace Private:
You can duplicate a shared workspace to make it private from the three-dot menu on each workspace.
Exit A Shared Workspace:
You can leave a shared workspace from the three-dot menu on each workspace.
1. While in a workspace, go to settings.
2. Under the "Publish Workspace" section, click on "Publish."
3. Use the "Share" button or copy the shareable link directly.
4. Utilize the "Publish to Gallery" toggle to make it public.
5. Toggle the "Show Contributors' Names" button to show or hide contributors' names after publishing.
6. When needed, use the "Unpublish" button.
1. Open your browser and visit the Jeda.ai website.
2. Click on the "Login" link from the navigation menu in the header.
3. Use the "Continue with Google" button or fill in your email and password to log in.
4. You can download the AI workspace too.
1. From the dashboard, locate the workspace you want to rename.
2. Click on the three dots next to the workspace.
3. Select "Rename" to edit the workspace name.
4. Alternatively, while on the Workspace canvas, click the gear icon, and you can rename the workspace from there.

3. Select "Archive" to carry out the desired action.
You cannot archive a published workspace without unpublishing it first.
1. Find all your archived workspaces listed in the "Archive" section of your dashboard.
2. Click on the three dots and select "Restore" to unarchive a workspace.

Horizontal and Vertical Scroll:
Use the mouse or touchpad to horizontally and vertically scroll across the infinite AI workspace canvas.
Hand Tool for Panning:
1. Locate the hand tool towards the top of the workspace.
2. Click and hold the hand tool to pan the whiteboard in any direction you prefer.
Zooming In and Out:
1. Use the touchpad to pinch to zoom in and out on the AI workspace canvas.
2. For mouse users, press Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac) and scroll up and down to zoom in and out.
Zoom Tool Options:
1. Find the zoom tool towards the top of the workspace.
2. Use the tool to zoom in and out.
3. You can also select preset zoom levels or fit to the screen to see all items on the whiteboard at once.
1. On the Tool menu, locate the pen tool, which is the first tool in the toolbar.
2. Click on the pen tool to select it.
3. Now, you can start writing or drawing anywhere on this infinite online whiteboard.
4. If you select the color menu from the top, you can use the pen tool in that color.
1. Use your mouse or touchpad, selecting the pen tool if you want to draw freehand.
2. Alternatively, you can select specific shapes from the tool menu.
3. If you select the color menu from the top, you can use the shape tools in that color.
1. Select the arrow from the Tool menu.
2. Use your mouse or touchpad to click and drag, creating the arrow on this infinite online whiteboard.
3. By dragging, you can adjust the size and direction of the arrow as needed.
4. Optionally, you may choose a color for the arrow from the color menu before creating it.
1. Open the tool menu and choose "StickyNote."
2. Click anywhere on the workspace to create a note.
3. Double-click on the note to start typing.
4. Select the note by clicking on it.
5. Access settings by clicking on the gear icon; adjust font style, text color, and fill color as needed.
Manual Upload:
Take screenshots elsewhere and paste or upload them as a normal image file.
Screenshot Menu:
1. Locate the screenshot menu at the top right.
2. Utilize it to automatically capture screenshots from browser tabs, windows, or the entire screen.

2. The selected font style will be applied when writing.
3. For existing elements, select them and use the settings option to change the font as needed.

2. Opt for 'White Background' for a PNG image with a white background.
3. If you are on a premium plan, you can choose 'Transparent Background' to download the visible portion as a transparent PNG image.
4. Premium users (Black Belt and Shifu) can use the 'Workspace as Text' option to download all text components in a neatly arranged text file.
5. You can also do this going to the Download section on Settings.
To download a good-quality image from Jeda.ai, zoom into the desired level of detail on the workspace. The image quality will depend on how much the downloadable area is shown on your display.
1. Locate the Add-Ons menu beside the Select tool.
2. Explore preset icons or access more options from the Iconfinder.
3. There are numerous stickers, shapes, flowchart and wireframing elements.
4. Click on an element to insert it.
5. After insertion, treat that like any other element on the workspace.
Duplicate:
1. Select one or multiple items.
2. Click on one of the four direction arrows to duplicate towards the direction.
Lock and Unlock:
1. Select one or multiple items.
2. Click the green padlock icon to lock the selection.
3. To unlock, select again and click on the yellow padlock.
Group and Ungroup:
1. Select multiple items.
2. Click on the group icon.
Move Item:
1. Select one or multiple items.
2. Click and drag to move around the workspace.
Connect one item with another:
1. Select an element.
2. Click on the slightly lengthy right arrow.
3. Click on the target element to connect.
4. Click and drag the white dot on the connecting line to change the shape.
